📄️ What is Regions
When you create a map from an SVG file, MapSVG finds interactive shapes and lists them as Regions. You can add custom fields to Regions and show that data in templates, the Directory, popovers, and details views.

📄️ Regions import from CSV
Use the CSV import flow when your map uses region-linked data or when region IDs in your spreadsheet should attach objects to SVG regions (for example US-TX, US-AL on a calibrated map).
